About the Commission Model
Zyppa earns only when you earn. We charge a small percentage commission on each successfully completed order — nothing if there are no orders, nothing upfront, and nothing monthly.
Commission is automatically deducted from your settlement. You always know exactly what you will receive — there are no hidden deductions.

- What commission does Zyppa charge businesses?
- Zyppa charges a small percentage commission on each successfully completed order. There is no upfront fee, no monthly subscription, and no charge if an order is cancelled before the business accepts it.
- Are there any setup or onboarding fees for businesses?
- No. Registering your business, adding products, and going live on Zyppa is completely free. You only pay commission on revenue you actually earn.
- When are commission charges deducted?
- Commission is automatically deducted before Zyppa settles your earnings 2-3 days after transaction completion. You receive the net amount after commission directly in your bank account.
- Is the commission rate the same for all business categories?
- Commission rates may vary by category (food, grocery, pharmacy, fashion, electronics, fresh produce). Contact vendors@zyppa.in for category-specific rates.
- Can I cancel my Zyppa business account?
- Yes, at any time. Email vendors@zyppa.in and we will close your account. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitment periods.
